Leah is a Master in Consumer Behaviour (MSc), Member of The British Psychological Society (MBPSs), Member of the Market Research Society (MMRS). With a wealth of experience conducting research both industry and academic in healthcare, media, students and young people, and advertising. Leah has presented working papers and has also guest lectured at the University of London about market research and consumer behaviour on a number of occasions.

Richard has worked alongside founder Simon Eder to grow Voxburner into what it has become today: the hosts of the world's leading youth marketing festival across London, New York, Berlin and LA. Voxburner is also the go-to destination for insights into the latest trends among Gen Z. Richard oversees YMS and Voxburner+ and his can-do attitude and passion for brands has enabled him to give Voxburner a unique positioning.

Event Programme Manager, Voxburner

Olivia has curated the programme for Voxburner's Youth Marketing Strategy festival around the world for over 7 years, keeping marketers informed on the latest trends, habits and attitudes of Gen Z and bringing on board hundreds of speakers during this time - from the most exciting brands on the planet to new up and coming talent in the industry. Olivia loves giving inspirational young people and marketers a platform to share their stories. As a mum to two small children, work is her downtime, but Olivia tries to squeeze in a sprinkling of theatre trips, visits to watch Spurs and lots of Netflix in between.

Izzy (she/her) predominantly works on creating content for reports, blogs, social media, and other platforms/channels in order to share the latest youth insights and hottest Gen Z trends, as well as shining a light on some of the best and most inspiring young people and brands out there. Izzy’s passion for storytelling and giving young people and Gen Z a voice began when she was at university, where she wrote for and was Editor of The Newcastle Tab. Outside of work, Izzy reads a lot of fiction, listens to too much Kate Bush and spends her money on pastries in Manchester.

Francine's career has spanned over 20 years of multiple marketing positions with Foot Locker Inc. , working on numerous award winning campaigns targeting youth culture. Most recently, she oversaw all consumer communications efforts inclusive of content creation, advertising, public relations, influencer marketing and event marketing across Foot Locker, Kids Foot Locker and Champs Sports. Francine resides in NYC with her husband and puppy, and is an avid traveler, wine, food and workout enthusiast.

Abigail Rogado is Founder and CEO of ARTTank, a full-service branding and marketing agency. ARTTank is based in NYC and operates globally, with clients and partners around the world. Prior to founding ARTTank in 2015, Abigail was the Vice President of Beauty for Hudson's Bay Company, where she led marketing, business development and sustainability in North America. She held several progressive roles at the company including Director of Integrated Marketing of multiple retail platforms and served as their Interim Creative Director for six months. Her passions include traveling, writing and women's empowerment. She is a Global Ambassador for Same Sky and the FAL Foundation, whose mission is to provide access to training, education, and financial fluency for women. Abigail is also a Contributor for Thrive Global, Adjunct Professor at FIT, and a Guest Speaker at several universities in NYC and France.

Martin Magner is Creative Director at Virtue Worldwide. Magner started his career at Ogilvy Cape Town in 2013 where he worked as an Art Director across some of the world's leading brands including Volkswagen and Audi. He then made his way into the Youth Engagement space where he spent his formative years placing global brands like Adidas, Spotify and Levi’s in the heart of culture in South Africa. His passion lies with the youth, empowering them to co-create with brands creating a future they want to see.

Student, Penn State University,

Greta (she/her) is a fourth year student at Penn State University, majoring in Telecommunications and Media Studies. She is also pursuing a minor in Business. At Penn State, she is Business Director for a student-run fashion and lifestyle magazine, VALLEY. For VALLEY magazine, she has also created and hosted a podcast called The Voice of VALLEY. When she isn’t working, she spends her days taking random day trips to places she sees on TikTok and pretending to be the “mysterious American” in London!

Emmy Hedges

Student, Indiana University,

Emmy Hedges (she/her) is currently a fourth year student at Indiana University studying Advertising and Psychology with a minor in French. At university, she is examining the differences in the perception and retention of advertising messaging across cultures through a series of capstone research. She also wrote a series of blogs for Voxburner going into ways brands should actually advertise to the LGBTQ+ community during Pride month as well as ways to market on BeReal, an app without marketing space. Outside of this, Emmy is an avid cyclist and skier which has led to her passion for environmental advocacy and protection.

Angelic is a student at Barnard College of Columbia University studying Women Gender and Sexuality studies with a concentration on Ethnicity & Race. She is determined to learn how to make the world a more equitable place and is passionate about doing that through Social Media and Digital Marketing. She has worked for brands making user-generated content (UGC) and branded social media assets for companies like Bumble, Samsung, The International Emmy Awards, and Parade. She is ready to bring the Gen-Z touch and ENERGY to YMS and so excited to talk to like-minded individuals and businesses.

Neal Sivadas is a 23 year old Product Marketing Manager at TikTok and LinkedIn Top Voice on a mission to build and market products for his generation. He often spends his time consulting startups on their Gen Z marketing strategy and writing for the Find Gen Z Series, his newsletter at the intersection of Gen Z, social media, and humane technology.
