Protecting our environment and ensuring young people have a clean healthy planet means us doing our bit. YMS is committed to delivering a sustainable event. We are continuing to improve and implement changes to all our events in 2023 in support of our commitment to a more sustainable future.

Here’s some initiatives we implement

• BYOB and refill using water fountains around the venue

• Printed artwork across the venue is repurposed for wider events and all exhibition stands are made from recycled materials.

• Food vendors have a zero plastic policy and a vegan lunch option is available. 

• All our coffee cups are 100% compostable
